45min of circuit training, combining strength, cardio and core exercises. This class is suited to any fitness level.
30mins of fitness boxing. Punch your way to increase your fitness. Combines a mix of boxing movements and core strength.
Boot Camp is a fun and intense workout. It can include; boxing, circuit training, time based workouts, strength and cardio exercises. Classes run for a maximum of 60 minutes.

A brisk walk around the Ipswich USQ campus. The walking group provides an opportunity to get outside and enjoy nature with some company; all the while getting in your 30 minutes of exercise for the day.
