Strength

45 to 60 minutes, working on correct technique for compound lower and upper body strength exercises such as Squats, Deadlifts, Chest Press, Bent Over Rows as well as other isolation exercises. Days can vary from focusing on upper body or lower body to combining both for an overall full body workout.
