Balances strength and flexibility to achieve perfect harmony between mind and body. Yoga can help with breathing, posture and calming the mind. A perfect way to start or end a day.

Bootcamp – Instructor: Nikki

Boot Camp is a fun and intense workout. It can include; boxing, circuit training, time based workouts, strength and cardio exercises.

 

Classes run for a maximum of 60 minutes.
