Gentle Moves- Low Impact. Instructor: Paula Zischke
Gentle moves is a very slow-moving, low impact, beginners level class aimed at those who may need to slow things down due to injury, illness, reduced mobility, or pre and postnatal. We combine the basic, simple movements of yoga to loosen and lengthen with the controlled movements of pilates to strengthen. You will practice different breathing patterns to assist with movement, rest, and stress release with the addition of a relaxation/meditation to complete the journey.
