High Intensity Resistance Training (HIRT) is a fast paced, sets and reps based workout. A mixture of plyometrics, calisthenics, weight resistance, and static movements are completed in succession making up a set of exercises which is followed by a short rest and repeated. If you're after an intense, number focused, and somewhat self driven workout, this is the one for you.
All H.I.R.T. classes run for 45 minutes.
