Group Strength – Low Impact

Time to muscle up and strengthen up in these high energy full body strengthening sessions. This session is suitable for beginners, seniors and those with injuries. This class will have you working harder for longer by utilising a wide range of training techniques aimed at maximizing your overall strength and fitness.
